Pam has made the experience of rental ownership satisfying, successful, and profitable. With a solid understanding of the mechanics of the business and a good feel for prospective tenants, we've enjoyed a high occupancy rate with good revenues. We inherited the MMS contract when we bought our first building. We were so happy with the experience; we made another investment, this time in a building managed by another firm. After six months of passivity, empty units, nickel-and-dime fees, and sloppy work, we were pleased to turn this building over to McLaughlin as well. With two fully-rented and well-maintained complexes, we are on the trail of a third. This time we'll know to start out right with McLaughlin.
Pam Couch is an extraordinary Property Manager. She is not only organized and efficient, but she is a pleasure to work with. There is no task to little or too small for Pam and she handles all requests with a smile and gets them done without complaint. McLaughlin Management Services has been a Godsend for us. We have known them for 15+ years and they are very trustworthy. Finding a good apartment manager is very difficult and we have been through many managers in our years of apartment ownership. They are prompt, always willing to suggest money saving ideas and keep the property in good shape. Their rent collection is excellent and I would not hesitate to use them for any future apartments we own. Without them we probably would have sold our apartments and gone into other investments with fewer headaches, but with McLaughlin Management Services, we have been very happy and pleased.
